Ladies and gentlemen...I present to you, the Birky Burger!
What can we say? If we weren't so busy taking care of our family, going to church, growing crops, raising pigs, stocking our store, catering weddings, making sausage, and the other things that come every week, we'd just make Birky Burgers! Hands-down, (besides the kids and church) it's the best thing we do!
Our pork burgers are 100% all natural, hand-raised Birky pork plus a dash of love make up this incredible burger. Whether you like it simple, with a little Gold Label B-B-Q Sauce or loaded with lettuce, pickles, onion and a sesame seed bun, you'll agree with our growing number of fans at the county fairs, this burger is a stand out!
These delectable patties are available in packs of 4 or 20 at our country store in the freezer section (mother nature's preservative). And, to recreate the taste of the county fair, we recommend you sprinkle a little Pork Barbeque Spice on the burgers while cooking.
Bacon Burgers are a delight as well. They are 2/3 ground pork and 1/3 ground bacon which makes a tastebud delight.
Maxwell Beef Burgers are a great addition to our burger line. They are raised with the same standards as Birky pork.
