We have spits and will travel to a home like yours, making your next party a huge success. We have our own specialty rub, barbeque sauce, our own custom designed roasters and our own home raised pigs, bred for taste and meat quality!
Our pigs are never fed any hormones, steroids, antibiotics, animal by-products or Paylean.

* Dressed price is the cost of a pig that has been butchered and is ready for you to roast yourself on your own spit. This price is picked up at Birky's market and requires a $150 deposit 3 weeks prior to event.
+ Hog Roast price is the cost for Birky's to come and roast a pig on site for your event. Discounts available if you want us to not cook on site and you pick up the pork from our store. A $150 deposit is required 3 weeks prior to event.
