We have spits and will travel to a home like yours, making your next party a huge success. We have our own specialty rub, barbeque sauce, our own custom designed roasters and our own home raised pigs, bred for taste and meat quality!
We feed our pigs no hormones, steroids, antibiotics, animal by-products or Paylean.
Birky Hog Roasts are $5.99 / person
Birky Beef Roasts are $7.99 / person
Birkys Slow Roasted meats can either be picked up, *delivered or **pulled on site.

We require a $ 150 deposit 3 weeks prior to your event to secure the date on our calendar.
