Good Morning,

I apologize for the lack of blogging the last couple weeks.  It has been very long days and short evenings of "picking and grinning" as I usually say when people ask what I am doing.

We finished harvest yesterday about a half an hour before the sleet started.  It was a quite a year.  Everything was very drawn out.  It feels like I have been sprinting a marathon. 

The crops were good.  Input prices were very frustrating this year, but I won't get into that.  Market prices were good.  I didn't market my final uncontracted bushels very well.  The main thing is that everyone finished the harvest safe.

Now it is time to put up a tree with my family.  We are really holding off.  Bella is all hands and we are finding out that she is quite the climber.

I have several "projects" that I want to work on, but have to catch up on some of the things that didn't get done during harvest.
